Can I talk about the fact that despite attending the gym & the pool for 17 days out of the last 19, having exercised frantically and hard core for hours & hours & hours, cut down alcohol in the week & generally moved around more - I have still only lost one measly pound and my dresses are no looser :-(

No BM 'The Builder' has been round again, and put new bricks in. I'm hoping the same fit young man who took the knackered canopy down puts the new one up........:-)
