A little boy in my son's class has died this evening (he was only 5). He had lukemia and has had all sorts of treatments (bone marrow transplant, etc, swine flu after they had nuked him ready for his transplant). Had a crap couple of months (mother and grandfather died recently within 6 weeks of each other). Just had a guts full really! (Must pull my self together)

I know how you feel calia25, 4 years ago I was moving house and had my mail sent to my sisters because my new house wasn't ready. My sister phoned to tell me my new insurance documents where at hers.

I took that for granted and was pulled 2 days later for not having insurance, I checked and found out that because of a change of address and bank details it wasn't paid. My mistake and I was insured again 30 mins after I was pulled.

I have never knowingly driven without Insurance, but my error cost me a £250 fine and 6 points. The magistrate must of had a bad day, because when I tried to explain the circumstances, she threatened me with a complete ban.
