hi guys im back looking for more answers. today i got my car back at a price as we went to police station to produce documents. will my bf get summons through door or should he have been charged at police station?

The summons comes through after the police have done the paperwork and passed it on to the relevent departments who then send you the summons in something called an envelope with a little square picture of the queen in the top right corner, i would watch for something like that appearing by magic behind your front door and when you see it tear the envelope open and read the contents, you know it makes sense.
