Renault megane

Thinking of buying a Renault Megane 2000cc Priviledge convertable year 53. Any feedback on this model

Yeah, the fact that it's a Renault should put you off instantly. If you're going to buy French at least buy a Peugeot, which has some semblance of good build quality. You'd be better off buying Japanese, if you don't mind cheap plastic interiors (which you don't cause you're think of buying a Renault).
As for this particular model, are you a hairdresser?
But seriously, the hoods don't fit properly, bits fall off, the interior is awful, you can't go through a car wash and you can't jet wash, and you can't insure the hood against damage.
There are lot better cars for the same price out there.
