Does anyone have a Picasso car and have this same problem?
My headlight bulb goes about every three weeks!!

Are you getting the replacement bulbs from the same place. Could be a faulty batch.

Cheap replacements? are you touching the tips when inserting the new ones?

False economy Hope, there's cheap & there's cheap, & I think you have bought cheap, get a bulb that is known, you have no-need to purchase from a dealer have a look at your local spares shop or EBay.
