What film is it?

i know that it is a long shot but does anybody know the film...
it is about some people escaping from somewhere and they have to go underground. tere are stuff like walls blocking there way. the opening start is a view of a location surrounded by walls, floodlights and barbwire etc. Thanks for any help.
