yes I am! why shouldn't it be on prime time? Mens rugby is shown prime time.
My hand's up!......Fantastic game........ :-)
I'm not watching purely because I'm on here to find out who wants to slate women playing any sort of sport.
Shame on them.

If you want to *** off prime time Saturday night programmes, try that silly Rhyme thingy followed by Pointless Celebs.
Oh Alba! Well worth a watch.....fantastic game and a well deserved win for NZ.......great refereeing......x

Cari.....I mentioned on CB early this morning a programme called...No More Boys and Girls......watch it....it's enlightening......xxx
From the bits I've seen of the competition, wow! they are (all teams) brilliant!
It's the first thing for years to be shown on Saturday night by ITV that is even remotely watchable, this is real reality with real people.
We've been glued to the set. Fabulous game! OH says 'Forget the men's Rugby'. (He doesn't really mean it - and Hull won the League cup today....YEAAAAAH!) I really thought the Roses could do it, but the 2nd-half attack from the Ferns was devastating.

Such a shame that all our ladies are now out of a job. :(
I thought England had it at one point, J.....but still.....a well deserved win.....the second half was thrilling.........x

Great 2nd Half, we was robbed, but to be fair NZ did play well, enjoyed it.

Don't often say that about TV on a Sat. night.
The more womens sport on TV the more exposure. Leads to better contracts, or just contracts, more women coming into sport, more people going to watch live sport, improvements in standards all around. The opposite of Catch 22 Bring it on.
Indeed, Sam.....and young girls saying....I can do that!...x
"Let's have some entertainment on Saturdays" That WAS entertainment! You mean you'd prefer Catchphrase and You've Been Framed, and all the rest of the guff that ITV normally put out on Saturdays?
We watched it, a good game.
Again why can't they put it on another of their Channels and let's have some entertainment on Saturdays!!

Yeah, cos we need another X Factor/dance/roller skating programme!

What a fantastic match, spirited performance by the English girls, no disgrace losing to the Black Fearns who were on fire, an awesome final.
I have a sneaking wish that some bright thing would latch on to Netball. fast, furious and tactical
I think the sad truth is that most people simply don't really care about women's sport (when it is a pale copy of men's sport). A bit like how "they" have now realised that most people don't really care about "para" whatever sports.
The recent Para Athletics International in London had more spectators than all the previous Internationals combined, not bad then. We Brits come out in our droves for good sport.
A good honest game - played in excellent spirit with some quite significant levels of skill and 100% commitment..

I'd rather watch this than the usual diet of overpaid men kicking a bladder around and practicing their acting/diving/histrionic skills.
A game played by women with odd shaped balls?
Oi,Sam!!! Less of the Brits!! Had my fellow countrymen here tonight shouting for your lot!.... ;-)

Don't worry too much about The Ferryman......he likes to try to goad me....old habits haven't died....... :-)
