I don't know how it happened but I got a 12 month conditional discharge.
Had a solicitor that over egged the pudding a bit but it worked and took a few supporting letters with me as well. Fully expected for it to be at least adjourned for reports, if not a jail sentence.
Funny how the law works (but I'm not complaining this time) :-)

Alba, compo and costs totalling £225, paid at £5 p/w.
Im more than happy with that and having my freedom to try and get on with my life after a hiccup in my head, lol

Don't want anymore head hiccups Albs...I went through hell trying to get any kind of help. Happily I think my new meds are doing the trick. I feel better than ive felt in a long time.

Amazing what some meds can do Albs...
TBH I wasn't even that concerned about going prison, Ive become very pragmatic and stoic about everything these last couple of weeks.
