Hi all first time on here hoping someone can give me a definite answer to my worry.
I'm planning on getting my bugalow extended and was getting ready to put the planning in Feburary ready for a spring desicion and to be able to start straight away.
I will be doing most of the work myself so have been getting materials on site ready. It's a 4 acre site which I have already obtained planning on before quite easy but money problems meant that the planning time elapsed.
I'm now ready to start again with the new plans to be put in Feburary.
So here's problem I buy a static caravan at a very good price an offer I couldn't refuse, I have put it on the drive next to the bungalow but have not connected it to any services the bedrooms have no beds and the lounge no settee so cannot live in there at the moment. My plan was to do it up ready then apply for the caravan with the plans for the extension but already someone has told the local parish council and I have now had a letter telling me to remove the caravan within two weeks even though no one has been to see what the purpose of the caravan is to be, please what can I do?

You need to speak to your local planning department as they can look at all the facts.Generally it wont be a problem on a large site....but it pays to get them on your side.
You've posted this in two places (never a good idea) and I've answered it in Law. However I'm saying much the as BS above.
