Driving Whilst Disqualified

I was banned last October for drink driving. I'd been banned a few years before so got 3 year ban for second offence. I was pulled over yesterday for speeding and was nicked for disqualified driving. Any idea if I'll get a longer ban or just a fine?

Personally, I hope there's such a thing as a permanent ban and you get one.

What`s the point of a longer ban? you`ll still drive again

You should be made to attend accidents caused by drunk drivers and see what carnage you cause and then attend the funerals of those innocent people killed by ********* like yourself

C*nts like you need hanging

No wonder, is there? Abuse is more tolerable than killing someone through being so silly.

Abuse on here is nothing to what he deserves

I`m sorry if I offended anyone with my choice of words but I`ve seen what pr!cks like that can do to peoples lives

you will get a longer ban, a big fine, and will probably have to take your test again to get your license back.

first time..OK maybe a mistake..... second.... your a tw@ but OK still could still be a mistake..... but you are on your third now!!!

I agree - apart from the last bit. These idiots wreck peoples' lives - and then go and do it AGAIN!!! What brain cells allowed them to pass their tests in the first place? Oh silly me...what's a test?

Never mind the rights or (more properly) wrongs of what you have done. You are likely - if you plead guilty at the earliest opportunity and have some good personal mitigation to a get community sentence. It is possible that it could attract a jail sentence, but the likelihood is with a good solicitor you can argue for a bender (suspended sentence) possibly with supervision or unpaid work added on.

You need to seek legal advice asap, but extremely unlikely you will be so lucky so as to get a fine.
