ive been in the army for the last 4years serving with the royal engineers and would like a new job for around �22000 i am willing to take a wage cut but not a hefty one i have all my licences including being trained to police advanced responce driving trained in E.O.D. any help would be very appricated

You could always retrain to be a driving instructor, and with your experience, you couold then go on to do advance driving instuction. then you could work your own hours
