The point is YOU have to describe such a situation.

Try and apply your previous work experience, if not one from your school or college.

Think of a time when change was enforced on you - and was not welcomed. A new boss with different outlook, a change of working hours or relocation to a place of work further away.

If you left school some time ago and have been working, think about your home life. Bereavement, family crisis, horrible new neighbours...

They will be looking for confirmation that you are adaptable, willing to compromise and find solutions. Good luck.

if you can't do it yourself, perhaps this isn't the job for you.

try actually asking for help too instead of just typing out the question on the form

Write about your drive to work. If it's anything like mine I have to adapt my approach to the M3 on a regular basis, due to the changing situation in stationary traffic.
