Others keep reminding you that you don’t have a job .keep reminding you that you need to get any job but unconfident that can do certain things how do you help your self get a job and how do you not let others get to you.

i would go to an agency and get a temp job in a factory. or try my local supermarket
Been there. Couldn’t get a job. But, I had no self doubt, always believed that I could achieve anything if I could be bothered to apply myself. Decided to become self employed, and did. Started my own business etc etc.
Believe in yourself, you are capable to do anything.....
Everyone has to start somewhere, it's the only way you can gain any experience to put on a CV in the future. As bednobs suggested, supermarkets, McDonald's, KFC etc are good starting points. They are always looking for staff and although most contracts are part time, the hourly rate is quite good. Good stepping stones for the future. Good luck.
Metalhead, if you had the confidence to do anything you wanted for a living, what would it be?
Charity shops are always looking for volunteers.

You'll get retail, stock handling, customer service skills etc.
How about taking a course of some kind to help you get a job. IE an HGV or a FLT driving course, ask about it at the job center ( some of these courses are free if you are unemployed ).

There are other courses besides those that involve driving, why not ask at the job centre what is available and maybe there might be be one that takes your fancy.

And motivation course I have certifications for all them oh and fire safety level 2 and afew others also I have tried some things but still not having any luck
I mean something that may get you a job, something like a computer course for example.
Or an apprenticeship in something or other.
Talk to your job centre MH. They may find other courses that would interest you. Don't get disheartened, you'll find something in time.

Could try asking about other courses true tried afew apprenticeships I managed to fail the questions asked was job at farmfoods and another retail one also I won’t give up trying just abit frustrating
Keep applying, someone is bound to take you on eventually.
Maybe your CV needs some work? See whether the Job Centre can help you with that (if they haven't already). They did with me when I was unemployed (although that was ten years ago!)
I understand how you feel at the moment and how frustrating it is feeling like this.

Tell me something that you are good at, not necessarily work wise, or a situation when you feel less anxious. Listening to music maybe? Are you good at making things?
Question Author
I normally at home feel less anxious when listening to music or watching favourite tv programme or if talking or spending time with my son and mum or playing mahjong . I can be good at cleaning only I am not good at being fast at doing it I am not very good at making things am not good with fiddly things I am finding am not very good at most things that’s also frustrating
One of my colleagues received really good support from Remploy. They help find people work doing the things they are good at, and at a manageable pace, rather than thinking about what they are no good at.

Have a look at the link and see if you have an office in your area. Please dont be put off by the introduction about helping people with disabilities, they help anyone who needs support with confidence and finding a suitable job.
