What Will Happen ?
I was in magistrates court on the 2/11/2011 and was charged and fined for assualt and bad behaviour .. I have previous cautions of assault, shop lifting and criminal damage .. I am going to magistrates court again on the the 23/01/2012 as I have been charged for criminal damage and resisting arrest .. what will happen to me?

You need to get legal advice- the duty solicitor will be able to advise you better should you not be able to afford one. If the criminal damage is of a low value and the resisting arrest did not involve violence towards the police you might be lucky, but you need to sort out whatever it is that's causing you to behave the way you do, before you mess up enough to end up inside.
