I really need money as fast as possible as I own a lot of money to a guy and if I don't pay him he will beat me up and I've tried applying for a loan but I keep on getting refused and I really need the cash urgently and do you know where I can get the money from and do you know any loan companies which will appect me

You've been in this position before - you have a very poor credit rating and will find it nigh on impossible to borrow money from a legitimate source.
You'll end up borrowing from a different loan shark at higher interest rates who will be threatening to beat you up in a few weeks.
Maybe you should about moving?

Report the guy (to the police) for demanding money with menaces.

They probably can't charge him just on your say-so but may have a word with him. At least if you do get beaten up they will know who to go after!
