no Hymie, I'm in UK. Just think its odd that some insurances charge it and other dont.

It comes with lots of property insurances & premiums are taxed at 20%
Am I right in thinking that you live close-ish to the Olympic Park? Might it have been a temporary caveat?
Are you paying ‘alien abduction insurance’, just to be on the safe-side?
