Life insurance

My husband has recently had a heart attack and undergone a bypass operation. Do we need to inform our life insurance company?

Is this a policy where you pay a certain amount each month and on death the insurance pay up? If so, no you don't have to tell them. That is what you've been insured for over the years. So long as there were no like problems when you took the insurance out it's OK.
