Baked mushrooms with cheesy leeks sounds nice how do you make it ? xx
its dinner and its chicken ceasar salad
I'm on leftovers, which is yesterdays sunday roast bunged into the slow cooker (been on since 10 this morning)with stock. Having it with crusty bread bought this morning.
its only dinner if you pass the international dinner line (somewhere around Stoke) going south otherwise it's tea.
Ey up, long time on see Sam!
Well said sam
hey Boo. I see AB is still a great place for a bit of light afternoon fun! no sign of any abuse or anything!
Cheesy leeks...

Just made some cheese sauce with some yummy cheeses. Part baked some large mushrooms. Gentle fried the leeks until they were soft. Put the mushrooms into a small baking dish...sprinkled on the leeks and covered with the cheese sauce.

Salt and pepper as you go along...you know the routine :-)

Only made it because the mushrooms and leeks needed using.

It's all ready and waiting to go in the oven...
mmm sounds nice, i'd wrap the leeks in ham and loose the slugs tho :-)
