Visit to Valve Clinic at Guys was a success, (10 year anniversary visit) they are very happy with the way it's working, I am quite pleased myself to be honest.
Kate came with me for moral support, needed a bit of help with steps and things but not too bad.
Thanks to the two ABers who suggested that, you know who you are.
Had a bite to eat in one of the Hospital cafes then across the road for a trai home. Now just the hounds to sort out.

Hi Bobbi,
Yep I'm doing sorting the dogs, she is feet up with a glass of Wine and the girls are just home they will look out for her.

Not ignoring you, been out with the dogs, they deserved a good run having been in all day.

Thanks Tilly, lots of dog walking, bit of weight training, careful but not fussy diet and being preserved in alcohol helps ;o)
