Growing chillies

Is it possible to grow chillies from the dried seeds of the little devils we buy in the supermarket? On the windowsill? Does it matter what time of year?

Yes you can. They would grow better if you had planted them earlier in the year but they will be ok as long as they are in a warm area with enough light
Most chillies will be no problem , but, strange as it may seem, some of the 'birds eye' chillies won't grow from seed unless they've passed through a bird's stomach
