Our lawn is adjacent to a wall which is slightly shsded and damp but grass refuses to grow, any help.


also is there any reconmendations on Gro Bags

Plant something shade loving there - make it look like you planned it. Or find out which grass seed type would be most appropriate for the area by asking at your local garden centre.
Yes, I agree with sence4all, Hostas and ferns may do well in the shade, but if you really want grass, you can get a seed mix especially such shaded areas as mentioned. Good Luck.

So much veg can be grow in these its almost limitless, with the possible exeption of long root crops, Tomatos seem a firm favorite, cut X shaped slits to plant into, this will with help keeping moisture in, a sunny spot a the base of a south facing wall will bennifit most veg. All the Best.
