How long is a piece of string? Cost could depend on whether or not the chimney breast forms part of the roof supporting structure.

Got to agree with Heath there, Sigma.

You'd have to fill out a very long questionnaire, or better still, someone would have to look at all the factors involved. I'm afraid any guesses could be seriously misleading.
