hi there again. it is very foggy here as well. started to come in yesterday afternoon and now sheep, barns, all is gone , well hidden in the mist.

good news there lady-j much better she has just started to get back to her school all be it only for 2 hours a day she and her family went through it for 3 months during the xmas period she has to use a wheelchair now and again but she seems ok xx

arm is doing fine at the moment thanks. the utrasonic treatment seems to cleared up the blood contusion. now there is only the wrist and the fingers to do something about. i think my age has something to do with the nhs ving slowly. i've given up answering that query and either just sit and look at them or say 21 and a bit.
