Geraniums

Should I always deadhead geraniums? It's the cranesbill type - Brookside- similar to Johnson's Blue. Thanks.

Yes deffo, Monty Don said last week to cut them right down to ground level and you would have another flowering in a few weeks. I must admit I don't like to be that drastic so I do leave them about 3" high and I have always had a 2nd flowering and sometimes a 3rd too. I did my Johnsons Blue just last week and it is looking better already - rosy
