yes
most people will probably hope not. Certainly not in our lifetime.
most certainly if it has been done once.
Will G4 be handling the security? :-)
this is our second go, last time was 1948. So chances are not in the next 30 years. I doubt it would be feasible, the costs are just too high, that is if the games exist in 30 years time..
If it is, TWR, I'm not going to see the torch again, as on Monday afternoon in the rain and wind.......40 mins to get to position A......whooooosh the runners passed in 10 seconds...nice camera shot of his arse... and then 40 mins to get home again For Funks Sake............:0)
Actually It's London's third time 1908 1948 and this year
yogi - at least you got an arse shot! I got a top of the head shot, plus a bus with loads of cheery-looking people waving at me.

TWR - as others have said, not in our lifetime.
Two of the little peeps are getting their photo taken with the Olympic torch tomorrow (£2 a go).
didn't know about that one, or perhaps forgot, 1908, no wonder...
Lol Kiki x ........yep I got some of them too, on his approach...some annoying security fella with a nose that blotted out the sea, and various hands and flags waving about!
this is quite interesting as they say

Kiki / Yogi, I was thinking with the B@lls up with security etc.
Yogi and Kiki - why not do as I did. Watch the replay of the live coverage of the whole day's relay, time it by using the yellow slider bar on this link
http://www.london2012...relay/video/live.html
then take a photo from your computer (make video full screen first) - not perfect but better than nothing!
Hopefully I am wrong but I'm sure there is going to be an overcrowding disaster on the tube. It's overcrowded on a normal day in West London. As I say, hope I am wrong
Id get my name down now for the 100 metre final
Thanks so much, Ann for the link and suggestion...will look back to see if I can spot our group.......I wish I streaked now as I would have stuck out like a Klingon at a Star Trek convention.....it was cold though and I wouldnt have been showing up to my usual potential, if you get my drift. :0)

Oh TWR, yes, the balls up in security was just unbelievable and doesnt bode well for us at all.

Just heard also that Director Danny Boyle has been asked to shorten his opening ceremony celebrations, as they have been over-running in rehearsals and may make the crowd late to get home after the event!

Start it earlier then For Funks Sake so we can all enjoy it how HE wants to display it, but I suppose that an extra 15 mins will clash with the worldwide TV rights and satellites, so thats a no-no.
