We have this bush in the garden .When it comes into bloom it looks glorious and it's just starting now .However I have no idea what it is . It was here when we moved in nearly nine years ago .
Any offers ?

Morning...♫ we're having a heatwave....♫.
No we aren't, I'm just having a tropical moment. I could have done with several yesterday, it was one of those 'can't get warm' days for me. I didn't do much either.
Another gloomy day today, it was foggy but it's cleared for now.

Mr N must be feeling guilty about something, it was probably him who ate your chocs neti. Or maybe you've had him worried while you've been ill. Don't question it :)

Well the highlight today so far has been cracking open a new pack of cleaning cloths....but I can't find the instructions.

Hello all
Nice bright day here so far, chilly though .We are supposed to be going into town for some shopping .I thought it was us women who are supposed to take ages to get ready but not so.Mr S has faffed around ,read the paper ,faffed around again, had another cup of tea ,then more faffing but has at last decided to go and get ready .It'll be dark by the time we get there at this rate ..tut.
I might drag him round Debenhams where I have my eye on a coat,to get my revenge.I may even try on several coats :)
Hope you're all ok.
Morning. I couldn't sleep from 4 am and then at 8.30 when I has planned on getting up I dozed off. Shot out of bed, did the usual and got to the bank at 9.48 having left the house in a mess which I never normally do in case I get burgled! No 11 on the queue but I pushed up the front to an empty seat having told the man in front that I was next. Then when it was the man's turn I stood up andbthisbold woman started shouting. The man did convince her that I was indeed after him. She mumbled into her beard! Then I've got €1000 I'm walking around with. Hate it as there a lots of bag snatches going on. Hija took my lightweight moneybelt and I found an old army canvass thin. Couldn't open the zip so gave up. Anyway got it home OK. Had coffee and was told i looked like a walking dead!! Huh! Home now.changed Mr ns sheets so had to iron the last lot. Now sitting down with a headache.

You and me both with the headache Neti .What a waste of time going to town .
They didn't have the coat I like and I dithered around and came away with nothing .I really don't need another coat if I'm honest.I do like it though but I never go anywhere to wear stuff.
We went in the noodle bar for some lunch and then Mr S,the crafty B said he would get the stuff from Sainsburys as it would be too much of walk for me while I looked round the shopping centre. He said he'd see me at home and cleared off ..the toad !!
I dropped a bottle of micellar water all over the floor at the checkout in Boots 'cos I'm fumbly .They were very nice about it though ,and I've come to the conclusion that I'm not very steady getting on the down escalator.
All I've come back with is the cleanser,a non stick whisk and an ironing board cover .
Thrilling isn't it :)

My cards are posted, my parcels are posted and there are almost 2 weeks to christmas....feeling in control for a change, don’t worry it won’t last long
went to the accountant to sign off our tax forms (far too complicated for the likes of me to do on their own), then strolled around window shopping but didn't find anything worth buying. I'm told London is a consumer paradise but I'm obviously looking in the wrong places.
Eaten dinnerband cleared away had a nice bath and now in bed. I find I do get tired at the moment.
We are planning on going to Ibiza city tomorrow pm to get thebtree ( I am also on the huntbforba flatbed microwave but won't tell him ril webarebthere!)
I was amending that and it shot off grrr!!!
Good morning, grey skies and it feels colder again to me.

Oh dear shaney, not your best day. I love coats and could buy a new one every month (I don't) but I don't go out enough to wear that many. Those I do have last me for years. I don't like down escalators either and there was a time I wouldn't go in a lift but I had to overcome that fear when we were pushing our brother around in a wheelchair. He refused to do stunt wheelies :)

I've been following the Matron shaney diet and the pain isn't so bad but still a bit uncomfortable and bloated. I'll be collecting an order of complan from Boots later. Life's sooo exciting. Still, it could be a lot worse.

Stay positive :)

(well, some of it's happening in London, but that's normal)
Morning. I wore a new knee length faux fur filet for want of a better word. My friend for it from Asos for me. Looked OK and was cosy
. I have many coats and jackets but why? Hardly need them. Just making Bacon, brie and onion jam tartlets before we go Xmas tree shopping.

From my sister, recently swanned in from Bermuda and NY:

A guy goes into a Scottish baker's shop.
"How much is that cake?"
"A poond."
"And how much is that one?"
"A poond. All ma cakes are a poond."
"Oh OK. What about that one?"
"Ach, that one's two poonds."
"Oh. Why is that then?"
"That's Madeira cake."
oh I remember the meat costume...such a waste.....
I got up early to get car sent off, felt funny which turned into a migraine. Happily now passing off.
ho ho ho Jno.
I saw/heard the Derby terrorism news. Not close to me, it's a street on the edge of town but you never know what's going on in your own area.

yes it's a miz headachey day, not a glimmer of brightness and now it's nearly dark.

I expect it's a filet minion gilet.... :)

Hello all
Much dreariness and drizzle ,now dark .Hasn't prevented Barry Bucknall next door from kicking up a racket though.I wonder if he'll be drilling and hammering on Christmas day. He'd better not be !
I've been fiddling about with the deccies ,just the tree to do and the lights to untangle.
Sorry you're still griping Robinia .Hopefully the Complan will help.
I now have a pic in my mind of Neti dressed in a furry filet .I expect you look very swept Neti:)
I'm looking at dressing gowns today. Why are they all these ones with a belt round the middle that make me look like a sack of spuds. That's something else crossed off my list.Bah..humbug.Mr S has given me some money and I'll have to get something otherwise I'll fritter it away and have nothing to show for it .
Shaney I wear the kind with a long zip down the front. I don’t like the belted wrap arounds as they don’t stay closed.
mine is like this but with no drawer cord
