Quiet Sundays ???

I always Sundays were supposed to be nice and quiet and relaxing. I know I started off the day badly as I wasnt feeling too good but I calmed down after about an hour but Ive been reading through a few posts in the last 2o mins and there are a lot of slanging matches going on !! Im frightened to even reply to some of them as I might light up another fire
Perhaps when we`ve all had our lovely Sunday lunch it will be better and calmer ?
