I have bought a new steamer which is an attempt to try and eat a little bit healthier, however I have only really done vegatables in there (which was v nice) and would really like to try some fish but have no idea of recipes or indeed how long to steam it for. Any suggestiosn would be welcome!

I cook salmon fillets, veg and the potatoes all at same time in different tiers in mine, just put everything in and steam for about 25 mins - means I can go do something else while the meal is cooking :)

This is just a theory, but I bet putting lemon juice in the water and lemon pepper on the fish would be lovely.

Mmm, yes Janey - it is, with some whole coriander seeds in there as well (take them out before you eat the food though.
