Yep, I must agree with Jayne there... unless you have access to the finest ingredients and an ice cream making machine,,, just go to the supermarket and buy it instead.... (I don't even like ice cream but I do know a bit about it hehe)

For those of you who live in South Wales - get Joe's ice cream from Swansea. For those of you who don't, make the trip - it is so worth it and you'll never eat any other kind again.
