Is it REALLY the only veg you can't buy tinned,frozen or pickled?

I've never seen tinned, frozen or pickled water cress or radishes.

You can buy tinned radishes.

for that matter you can buy tinned lettuce in some countries.

You can buy tinned or bottled lettuce in the UK. Oak Exports of Tarporley, Cheshire sell both.

What about spring onions, cucumbers (not gerkins), or courgettes?

Tinned spring onions.......2 a penny down here........and a gherkin is surely a pickled cucumber by definition!Durghhhhhhhhhhhhh.
