i have 3 kilos of potato flour, it's not potato starch. what can i make with it? i don't use eggs. i have checked online but nothing really. all recipes found called for 1 or 2 tablespoons of potato flour. i am hoping for something using much more potato flour. has anyone used potato flour for making cakes instead of regular flour? all help is appreciated. thanks

Hello Howdy, I have Coelics disease which means I can't eat stuff with Gluten in it, so I use Potato flour for cooking loads of stuff (along with other Flours like Gram, Rice etc.).

For cakes and stuff you would normally mix Potato flour with some other flours.

I would suggest that the best thing to do is check the Internet for Gluten Free recipes, I'm sure you'll find loads of stuff .... here's a BBC web-site about GF cooking

Hope this helps,

Mort
It's also excellent to soak up spillages on carpets, like red wine for example
