You eat what you enjoy Mally, I’m a bit of a parky eater
I've never had them, and TBH I've never wanted them.
Though I sometimes wonder what corned beef fritters would be like.
Not had them since I was a kid mallyh.
My Mum used to make the batter and dip the thick slices of Spam in it.
Used to love it, but would probably find it too greasy now.
Not since we had them at school.

You eat in the park?
I think only people of a certain age really like them. When I grew up, you ate what was put in front of you or went without. Still like offal and the like. Still like Spam!
A perennial childhoos favourite. Haven't had them in over 50 years.

my mum made them too ,icelands are oven cooked not greasy at all x
Haha Barsel, means picky
I used to like Spam, lettuce, tomato and salad cream sandwich.
Could probably still eat one if it was offered.
I can't recall having spam fritters since my school days but I liked them then and I get through plenty of cans of Bacon Grill (which isn't that different, really) nowadays, so I suppose that I might still like them now.

The reviews on Iceland's website show that the ones they sell are a "love 'em or loathe 'em" thing. i. there are loads of 5-star reviews but plenty of 1-star reviews too, with hardly any at all in between!

Bobbs, thank goodness for that. I was having difficulty picturing you sitting on a park bench eating your fish and chips out of yesterdays newspaper.
We had them at school.

I doubt a dietitian would recommend them these days. Very greasy, and ultra processed.

Must pop into Iceland, used to love Spam fritters when I was at school.
Corned beef fritters are lovely Pasta, great with a good piccalilli.
spam fritters? food of the gods!
Can anyone provide a recipe for home-made spam fritters?
The internet is full of such recipes, MTB, but this one gets great reviews:

Things were a lot simpler back in WWII though ;-)

The Spam website is packed with recipes but I wonder just how many of them ever get made though?

(No fritters, anyway!)
