Turbot is my favourite. Went totally off Aldi fish when I cooked a fillet and it had two worms in it - OMG

Best I ever tasted was Sea-bass which I ate in Portugal. It was simply cooked (griddled) and was superb.

^^ My alternative would be perfectly cooked plaice - a distinctive flavour and gorgeous. I only know of one restaurant around here which cooks it properly and does not let it get oily.
