Queenie has asked me to let her AB friends know that we have had a repeat of Thursday mornings collapse/faint. Happened around two this morning. She has been checked out at the out of hours clinic and was instructed to go to A&E but after another blood test she was allowed to come home with instructions to go straight to A&E if her sugar levels rise too high again

She has to go see our GP tomorrow as there seems to be some underlying infection which is playing havoc with her blood pressure and her heart rate. She will need blood tests and as she has a thing about blood tests - she has a needle phobia (a diabetic with a needle phobia....who would have thought it?)
So tomorrow looks like a fun day if we can avoid the infirmary today.
I shall pass on your good wishes, she's feeling pretty ropey and bleurrgh today!

I will pass on all of your good wishes to her. The house is very quiet when she is unwell. I'm hoping she feels a bit better soon and can come upstairs and spend time with me and I can keep a closer eye on her

Her blood sugar levels have climbed a fair bit despite taking some insulin to try to bring it down so I have told her to bite the bullet and go to the infirmary. She's on her way now - her boyfriend is taking her and will stay with her I am staying home to look after her puss cats and keep her dad informed. I'll try and keep you all in the loop
