Good Morning Abers!

I need to pick your brains. Tomorrow is Valentines day and I thankfully have that covered. But in 2 weeks time it is my first Anniversary of being with my OH and I don't know what to get him. I would like something to signify it being a year together. We have discussed going for a meal out so that isn't an option. THEN in 3 weeks its his birthday (30) and I don't know what his parents have planned so I don't know what to do or what to get. I'm planning to make a cake though :)

If you can through any ideas and suggestions my way that would be great and I appreciate it very much.

What is he in to - cinema, books, sport? Perhaps a year's subscription to something he would really like?
could you plan a weekend away to celebrate both your anniversary & his bday?

I did think about getting him a ticket to the Newcastle game Maggie, but he wanted me to go but it's not really my thing and I'm on a limited budget. He is a bit of a cinema fan. That might be an idea.
I had though about that McFluff but I don't know where would be nice to go but I'd have to think about work unless I took him away later when I know he's off. It's given me a bit of good for thought.
how about looking on the voucher sites like groupon or wowcher and see if there are any offers that might work for you. if you could go midweek for instance you might get a nice cabin up on one of the lochs that you could snuggle down in for a couple of nights?
Strip-o-gram?
Do take Fluff's recommendation, Queenie and look on Groupon......I have just paid a total of £6 for a group of five of us to have a paint-balling session which includes lunch......!

Granted the other four weren't exactly jumping about with enthusiasm when I told them what we are doing.....but at £1.20 each they can jolly well enjoy it....☻
