Lol. I would say me but I don't consider it backing down. 9 times out of 10 I'll stick by my argument but I can't bare to live with a bad atmosphere.

Luckily it's rare that we argue.

Us neither, just a few minor differences of opinion now and then. Red or white potatoes; leave an hour to drive somewhere or 45 minutes, that kind of thing!

Morning, Sweetie....the only time we argued badly was when I was very ill for a good while with something undiagnosed....MrG's attitude to undiagnosed illness then was that it would be cured by a good hot meal and a long walk..
He did once get his good hot meal in his lap.

I'm not an arguing type of person and early on in our marriage he discovered that I'm always right.....☺

Not had a major slanging match, but there has been times when my woman has been very annoying/frustrating. I think we just calm down and carry on. There is no need to back down as such. When in a close relationship one has to expect the occasional rough few minutes.
