Last night we had seafood pasta which went down a treat.

It's a nightmare in this house, no matter what I cook it'll be wrong. Tonight's sorted but I need something for Saturday night, OH won't eat pasta or rice, the only spud my son will eat is roasties, daughter will eat almost anything.

They're all big meat eaters?

lol...when I run out of ideas I get meat. Spicy chicken, ribs...that sort of stuff and serve it with salad and spuds.

Tonight will be pasta with a ratatouille type sauce and a green salad.......not that that suggestion is any use to you!

Tomorrow will be tandoori chicken with different salads, chutneys and chapatis.

Ha, that's my last resort and I'm doing that tomorrow. I might do some pulled pork in the slow cooker and do some wedges, I think maybe he'll eat those. Does my head in thinking what to cook and I actually enjoy cooking but my lot take the fun out of it.

Ummmm had chilli last week, I love potato skins but the little herbert won't touch them.

Ooh yep, keep them coming, it's supposed to be hot on Saturday so the less time the ovens on the better.

Rocky I make up a marinade using yogurt, turmeric, cumin, chilli powder, black pepper, garlic, lemon juice, chopped chilli, mint and coriander.......I think that's everything!
