I am posting early this week as I really need some inspiration. I don't want to do a roast dinner and don't want to cook fillet steak or rack of lamb as I have done those recently.

What's on your menu today and what do you suggest I whip up for lunch?

I had some lovely garlic buttered carrots and samphire last night, so would like to do those as a side.

this is not us today, but what about sausage and buttery mash, with lots of homemade gravy, it's a fabulous way to not cook much, but have a great feast. Followed by some lemon marscapone cheesecake..

No good asking me NoM. Been her a year and haven`t worked out how to light the top oven. I can destroy a frozen pizza. Can prick and ping though. Just wanted to say Hi and I adore samphire. x
