Ice cream anybody?

Spent the morning with 5 15 year olds making ice cream

We have:
Clotted cream vanilla
Honeycomb crunch
Fresh Peach swirled with fresh raspberry sauce
Rich espresso with walnuts
Rich chocolate with choc chips
Black Cherry with cherry brandy

Yup, for some reason there are three here at the farm, I think the old one is my mother's, the newer one is my SIL 's who also lives here, and then mum bought herself a bigger one. I'm surprised that peach ice cream isn't commercially made, it's so easy when the the fruit is ripe and juicy

No, plenty of room in the freezers! They gave up selling it in the farmshop, they couldn't keep up with demand in the summer months.

I'm going to make some more with booze in - I was thinking a coconut with malibu and some semi-dried pineapple snipped into it, perhaps some apple and cinnamon with apple brandy....

Can't I tempt you with a cone Triggerhippy? anyway, I already made four loaves, two batches of scones, one with lemon and sultanas, the other without to go with homemade raspberry or strawberry jam and clotted cream, a lemon drizzle cake and two apple pies today!

I'll pass on the icecream and have cake instead please. Lemon Drizzle sounds very good as do the lemon and sultana Scones. In fact I will have a scone and a slice of cake. Ta

My Dad makes his own ice-cream all the time (Italian family and all that!) but I will pass on your flavours....they sound delicious!
