Does anyone know if anywhere/anybody in the uk (or particularly London!) sells Mojito flavoured ice cream. I recently visited Palma, the capital of Mallorca, and found the most divine ice cream parlour, and discovered this flavour of ice cream. Amazing. It tastes just like the cocktail. A bit of a random late night question I know.

Redhelen has taken the words right out of my mouth. I would suggest making your own ice cream and then you can make it to your tastes. I think the recipe above should be good enough.
