I know people who've tried it and had some success. But it is very restrictive...if I am not mistaken, there are days when absolutely no carbs can be eaten.
I am on the Harcombe Diet...much more relaxed. Eat natural foods...salad and veg are encouraged,as are berries.
That diet looks interesting Pasta.

I read 'The Harcombe Diet is about eating real food in unlimited quantities which gives loads of scope for eating Meat, Fish, Poultry, Eggs, Vegetables, Salads and fruit.'

Bring me that whole chicken now!
Has anyone thought of eating....what you need. No sweets or rubbish. It's called the eating as it was intended diet.
I wish I could eat like that LOL
funnygirl-I've really been enjoying it. I've gotten rid of all the cravings I had for sweets, and if I am hungry I don't panic and think I need a biscuit to satisfy myself. I even have cream on my fruit...and still lose...bliss!
