Pinot noir is 'light'. I'm not sure if it would be called sweet.
Madeira comes to mind. You'd need to ask for a sweet version at the off licence.

Buckfast? Isnt it a tonic wine, which are usually sweet (but very strong)

If by "sweet" you mean sugar - any Concord Grape wine should do. Manischewitz, Carmel...
'elysium' is a sweet, red dessert wine, described on the bottle as a 'californian black muscat dessert wine'. it is quite delicious :) ...... and highly recommended.
