It's Too Hot For Me Today.

I have spent most of the day hiding from the sun. I do wish I could enjoy the sunshine but I don't.
Do you enjoy basking or do you keep out of it, if you can.

I've been out in the garden all afternoon. I do like to sunbathe, but can't stand it too hot. I prefer wind and rain, tbh.

I'm in a darkened room with the fans on. I overheat very quickly and don't like it at all

Under the gazebo Tilly, still caught the sun though, had loads to do in the garden. Makes you lethargic doesn't it.

Same here hc, but no fans on. Curtains drawn to keep out the sun.

I don't feel lethargic, Eleena, just frustrated that I can't be out there doing what needs to be done.

Instead, I have been online looking for stockists of sun protective clothing. :-(

Too hot for me as well Tilly - I always try to keep out of the sun, it's never agreed with me.

I know many are happy though, so they can have my sun-share :-)

I love sun and warmth. I hate going through winter constantly wearing two or three pairs of socks.

Love it. Sitting in the sun with a glass of Prosecco right now. Lasagne knocked up from a bolognese, from the freezer, that I did 3 weeks ago. So just had a bechamel to do, and home free. "She who must be obeyed" not so happy, indoors in her scanties with the little water filled air con whatsit. So is the dog. :))

I do have heating, Tilly, and I still need the socks (one ordinary pair and one heavy outer pair; the third pair is for sub-zero days, which fortunately we haven't had for a few years).

Some people are summer, others are winter. It's just the way of things.

I've been sunbathing out in the sunshine. It's not too hot here in the SW. There's quite a breeze that's keeping it bearable.
