Surely January must take the biscuit for Christmas 2012 advert? I'm not even sure how early in the month 'ParkTV' came on with a Nolan sister quoting Christmas at least twice! Come on! This is just ridiculous!- What do you think??

I think this advert started before Christmas - I understand it tbh - when everyone is feeling skint and wondering how they can afford it, the ad comes on and more or less says too late for this year, but next year if you save a bit every month you'll be well away.

If people have trouble budgeting for Christmas it has to be preferable to buy supermarket saving stamps every week than pay the hyper inflated Parks costs.

Maybe this is a bit 'bah humbug' but I am fedup with the whole Christmas 'present' idea. I would much rather it was ALL simply giving to charity -especially when it comes to adults- small children, ok I accept the wonderment they might still have. But finding presents for adults who really do not need anything for me seems a pain in the neck. Maybe someday people will have the charity in their hearts to give to those less fortunate - particularly at Christmas....

slightly off tangent here, but when I was shopping in Morrisons last week, they had Easter eggs on the shelves! seems likes everything is getting plugged earlier and earlier.

I understand your nausea with christmas but this isn't really a 'Christmas Shopping' ad - it's a Savings product.

As its primary purpose is saving well in advance in preparation for next christmas this is actually a very relevant time to advertise.
