Hi, My wife had a beautiful dark haired little girl this morning and both are fine. We're after 3 names, as the other kids have 3 names and are open to any suggestions. Unusual or classic are fine, preferably something to reflect our roots, my wife being Jewish and me being Irish.Open to any suggestions really as we hadn't thought much about girls names since they thought it was a boy:)

Thank you all for your warm wishes and very pretty suggestions. We're mulling her over at the moment to see what sort of name would suit her and we'll let you know what she finally ends up as. Thanks to all of you:)
That's superb news, noxlumos! Hearty congratualations to you and mrs nox. :-D

Congratulations to you both. Jerusha is a lovely name. My lovely girls are named Poppy and Daisy, and had I had another daughter, then she would be Lilly.

Congratulations. Our daughter is called Jordana, which means descendent

how about karina briany

....... or Chantelle!................ (runs and hides - sorry noxlumos)

Congatulations,my daughter is called Layla Josie.

Go Maire Tu Nox!

Our daughter's name is Bryony, in some sources, it stems from the Greek for "to grow". It also goes nicely with he second name, Michelle, from the Hebrew for "Godlike figure". Add these names to our surname, Grant (from the French for grand/great) her full name meaning is: "to grow into a great Godlike figure"......lets hope it come true.
Congratulations.

My favourite Irish name is Ainsling (pronounced Ashleen) and my daughter is called Joely which I think is a lovely name, unusual but not too "out there"!!!!!

Congratualtions to you!

My name is Anna which I've always quite liked. Jessica is nice, Katie, Amy, Emma, Charlotte (or Charlie for short), Francesca. All very ordinary names perhaps but I like them.
