I have a CCJ on my account and there is no way i am going to be able to repay it with in the next 6 years. Will the CCJ be removed from my file 6 years after registration even though is has not been paid or 6 years after it has been satisfied?

It will come off your file 6 years after it was recorded, not 6 years after you pay it off.
