Being a good listener - i.e. paying attention to what's being said, whether it bores you or not - and asking questions back, are just as important as a sense of humour.
Someone who thinks he's being "funny" by reeling off dozens of jokes - usually isn't, as the first 2 or 3 might be OK, but after that, that person just becomes repetitive.
The odd quick reply, in the form of a pun or witticism goes down well - if accompanied by a genuine smile, as well as being able to laugh at yourself. If you're feeling relaxed in someone's company, then natural humour just comes out.

Yes, girls like a sense of humour, but desperation they spot a mile off, and they run a mile, so don't try to be funny if it doesn;t come to you naturally.
What all girls look for in a guy is someone who is genuine, able to be themselves, is nice, listens, converses, takes an interest, and is enjoyable company.
That's added to the 'givens - being clean, apropriately dressed, polite, with clean hair, teeth, nails, and shoes.
Cover the main bases, and you will be fine. Girls are human too - they are not another species!!

Be yourself-compliment her...when you meet the right girl you'll chat all night long and you won't even be thinking of how to make her laugh!!!

dont try desperately to be a funny guy, it would be hard to maintain, just be yourself, be interested in her and listen to her, she will like that a lot!

Be as honest as possible. Some men exaggerate to make themselves look good. It doesn't work as they always get found out!
