It doesn't need to be Norman.

He doesn't use it on the public highway - just the skyway and rooftops.

Hmm, I'd question that Ethel. Haven't you seen him parked in Morrison's car park between two articulated lorries while he's inside the store shopping?

Maybe he does park on the public highway as well.

Marvellous how the reindeer are trained not to do their business. I've yet to see reindeer droppings on the rooftops or the roads.

You have a point there, Caz - it's not a motor propelled vehicle, so it is exempt from MOT and road fund licence.

And I'm sure he is insured. Imagine the damage he could do!

tax and MOT are surely not the issue...what about a valid pilots licence and being drunk in charge? certainly i used to leave sherry out for him, and it was gone by the morning. if 5 people do the same then the consequences could be dire!

Isn't entering a house via the chimney classed as breaking and entering anyway? I know he leaves stuff rather than removes it but any normal bloke who tried this would surely be arrested!!

and as for seeing the real Father Christmas with his raindeers and sleigh, he's invisable to the human eye.
