Who do you hate having to phone?

Not sure if this is the right section, but I asked a question earlier about Sky and mentioned that I hated having to phone them as it is such a wind-up, and it made me wonder who everyone else hates having to deal with on the phone.
I nominate Sky, Talk Talk and Northern Rock!

never had a problem with sky or my broadband or indeed o2 im very aggressive when dealing with call centres espcially when i get someone with a poor grasp of english

If they can't understand english it's always worse! I end up hanging up and try again when my stress levels have gone down,

I'll tackle any company or its rep fearlessly on the phone but even I put off phoning British Gas until I think I can keep my temper under control. I've had 3 separate houses billed by them this year, not one right. They absolutely dont get that the last reading of the former occupant is the start reading of the new occupant. They estimate the start reading and its drives me stark raving mad!!!!!
