I feel so sick at the moment, I havent really eaten since Thursday and now I am feeling shaky and worn out. I keep getting a shooting pain in my stomach too occasionally and an additional "butterflies" feeling nearly constant.
I feel a bit hungry but cant eat as then I feel nauseous. I'm not pregnant before anyone asks!
What do you think I can do to relieve it?

havent really eaten since thursday??? well that will be what the shooting pains are and the shakiness. You need to eat even if you feel a bit sick. try some toast this should be ok.
Or soup or something, like 4get has said it's no wonder you feel shaky. I get the quakes if an hours gone by without me quaffing something!

I had a couple of things but it makes me feel rotten so I cant bring myself to try anything more.
I've just bought my first house and had other upsets going on at the same time, do you just think that its stress related?

could be when I used to argue with my ex I never ate. Some people are opposite and have their comfort food. I;m sure once you've settled you'll be fine xx
try to eat a banana or make it a smoothie with milk. This will hopefully help you feel a bit better and stop you shaking.

Eat little and often
Oh , yes BOO , I too get weak and shaky when I get hungry.
Girlygirl , try to get something into your tum or that feeling will not go. Have some light food if you can and really make sure you keep up your fluids. If you find you are throwing any of it back and not keeping fluids down then obviously pop to your Doc to make sure you are not dehydrated.
All the best. :-) x

Ooooh that milkshake just hit the "pit" of my stomach! I actually felt it trickle down!!!!

How strange!
I've been struggling to eat recently too. Mine has stemmed from having no money towards the end of last month and having to cycle to work everyday with hardly any food compared to what I usually eat. I managed to survive but I haven't had the same appetite since then. I agree with the others though, just eat small portions of stuff frequently if you can. Smoothies are wonderfully rich in vitamins, tastey and quick to get in you. I'm currently eating 3/4 of a pizza I couldn't eat last night as it was too late in the day, delicious!
